Effective October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Redondo Law, P.A. collects through redondolawfirm.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English. If you have a question about it, call us at (305) 908-6778.
The short version
- We collect what you send us through the contact form, by phone or by email, so we can respond to you.
- We use standard tools to see how people use the site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Sending us a message does not make us your lawyer.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, and what you tell us about what happened. If you call, text or email us, we collect the information you share in that call or message.
We use this information to respond to you, to evaluate whether we can help with your case, and to check for conflicts of interest. Form submissions are stored on our website and sent to our office by email.
Call recording
Calls to and from our office may be recorded through our phone service provider, Nextiva. We use recordings to keep an accurate record of what you tell us, to train our staff and to improve our service. Recordings are stored by Nextiva on our behalf and are available only to our firm. An announcement on the line tells you that the call is being recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, you can contact us through the website form instead.
No attorney-client relationship
Contacting us through this website, by phone or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and Redondo Law sign a written agreement. We treat what you send us with care, but please do not send highly sensitive details, such as Social Security numbers, bank information or full medical records, through the website form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit: your IP address, the type of device and browser you use, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and actions such as tapping our phone number or submitting a form. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Cookies and outside services
The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some come from outside companies that provide services to us. These companies may collect information such as your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure visits and actions on the site.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts display our office map and the site’s typefaces.
- Trustindex displays our Google reviews.
- Nextiva provides our phone service, including call recording.
- GoDaddy hosts the website, and Sucuri provides security monitoring.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site will still work if you do.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the website and our office, such as our hosting, email and case management providers, who may use it only to provide those services;
- when the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena or court order;
- to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our firm or others; or
- with your permission.
If you become a client, the information in your case is also protected by attorney-client privilege and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
How long we keep information
We keep website inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you, to comply with our professional and legal obligations, and to check for conflicts of interest in the future.
Security
The site uses encryption (HTTPS) to protect information you send us, and we limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold from your website inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep the information by law or by our professional obligations. To make a request, call (305) 908-6778 or write to us at the address below.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through the site. A parent or guardian should contact us about a child’s injury.

The site links to other websites, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Avvo. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
